Canon printer cannot get connected

I have a Canon iP7250 printer which I cannot get connected to my desktop after upgrading to Windows 10. It had worked perfectly with Windows 7, I have installed and uninstalled numerous times, and recently I have been getting a message appearing saying: “A driver supporting Quick menu is not installed “. I have looked on the Canon website for printer drivers for the printer but cannot find anything.

Try this link for the Win10 driver; https://www.canon.co.uk/support/con...ndows 10 (64-bit)&productTcmUri=tcm:14-976533

Uninstall all existing Canon printer software first, then reboot the PC, with the printer disconnected.
Run that new driver software and turn on and connect the printer when prompted.

Are you connecting wireless or USB?
Also, try printing from your mobile phone when the printer is on the wifi network.
