Solved Cannot create folders

Why I cant create folders @ desktop?

Yep i just reoobted ...
No i didn't ..
i installed 360 total protection and glasswire
i dont know i only noticed this now

I tried and at same time i was googling around and i found something and now its working...
It's something about registry stuff?

Should i post the fix here?

I created a file on notepad and named it

NewFolderFix.reg

with this inside
