1. Aha, there were a LOT of drivers not updated. I had software to update drivers, but it would never find anything. Guess it was not working properly anymore.

3. The tweaker tool seems interesting, but if it removes all Apps ... Could I not backup all my files on an external HDD and do a Format C:\ to fix all possible mistakes I've made and see if the problem still persists?

Net Adapter Repair!

Download the Net Adapter Repair All In One Please use this direct link

Save the application to your desktop, right click and run as administrator.

Note: Your ethernet cable must be plugged in during this process!!

Click the Advanced repair.

Click OK at the prompt to continue.
The program will need to reboot your machine, allow it to do so.
Check your issue.
If the issue still persist re-open (as administrator) the tool, check all boxes in the picture below.

Click Run All Selected.

Any prompts like the one below, select All Network Adapters.

Once you are prompted to restart the do so.

Check your issue. report back.

Use the SDI Lite download, then go by this picture...

Formatting Options.

You can certainly do that if you wish, that would be the best way to tell if there is a hardware issue.
Or you could partition say 50 gigs and install windows fresh on that, this way if it is hardware then you still have your OS intact.
We have a guide for obtaining windows software here.
You would need your MS key handy, here is a tool for obtaining it.
If you upgraded from windows 7 to 10 then it might be best to go back to that IMO. Windows 7 ISO's here.
If you have not re seated your hardware, then try that before a format.

Alternative To Format

Alternatively you can use this software, there is a pay if it works option. Even if it works, you can just uninstall it at the end of the process. I tested it out on a couple of machines that were running badly and it worked quite well. You do not need to pay, just optional.

More trouble shooting.

Also, you are getting DNS errors which could mean bad hardware or many other things. Have you got a wireless usb adapter you could test and see if wireless is better? Also, have you bypassed the router all together and plugged straight into the modem? If there are no issues if you bypass the router, then you should factory reset the router.
Even still you should power cycle your router modem just in case.

Hiya, going to try to run LIKENEWPC this night. Had to look around a couple of days for an STD wired mouse/keyboard.
Almost nobody has one of those anymore! I did the NetAdapter Repair already, with no success.

Extra info: I have a router and modem combined in one apparatus, I don't know how I can bypass it.
I do not have an extra USB adapter either

There is no way to bypass that, you would have to reset to factory settings.

No need just do a clean install of windows 10, I only suggested to Partition a small amount of space to rule out hardware, if you are going to reformat, there is no need to allocate any additional space.

The problem is SOLVED.
While on this forum I was also talking with Riot support.

They suggested me to UNINSTALL my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphic card driver, restart my computer and then find the newest version on http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us --> this one was for Windows 10 64-bit.

What I think happened: The driver update software successfully updated my WINDOWS 7 DRIVERS to the latest WINDOWS 7 version. Is that possible?

Seems like this gave the illusion of network lag. Simply slower reaction time after giving input to my character (on the game).

Now Lets Clean up the tools we used and remove old restore points.

Download DelFix by "Xplode" to your Desktop.
Right Click the tool and Run as Admin ( Xp Users Double Click)
Put a check mark next the items below:

Remove disinfection tools
Create registry backup
Purge System Restore

Now click on "Run" button.
allow the program to complete its work.
all the tools we used will be removed.
Tool will create and open a log report (DelFix.txt)
Note: The report can be located at the following location C:\DelFix.txt
