Solved Can this SSD fit in my motherboard?

If you look at the top right hand corner of the board you will see two red, one orange and one black port, these are SATA ports and where you can connect an SSD, the two red are for a RAID set up so would suggest that you use one of the other two.
 
Oh no - they aren't solar powered or wireless. :)
the cable for power will already be available from the power supply unit.
the SATA cable for data transfer between the drive and the motherboard will need to be purchased.
you should probably get a few, one for the SSD, one for a DVD unit and another for a HDD if you ever need more, cheaper, storage.
they cost about $2 each, any PC store will have them or order them online.
