When I try to scroll on my pc on anything webpages, file folder, or anything that involves scrolling a little box in the upper left pops up. When I scroll the scroll button in little box moves but not what I'm trying to move. Its probably easy to remove but I cant seem to find anything online about it. Thanks for the help a few screen shots its in the upper left hand corner.

Can not scroll but little box pops up when I try Please Help!

Are you using the scroll wheel?
That is the Volume level.
Make and model of the mouse?
Wired or Wireless?
Here is a suggestion from several sites...
Beside the scroll wheel should be a DPI button, press and hold that for about 10 seconds to switch the mode of your scroll wheel to normal mode out of media mode
