Did you run DDU under safe mode after you changed the card over?
How is the pc connected to the monitor? Have you tried another cord?

pretty sure i ran it under safe mode yh, can tremmeber 100% though.
one monitor is DP other HDMI, cables not faulty, have tried replacing them already.
im leaning more and more to it being software related as everytime i relaunch the pc or do an update of any kind 1 or 2 files for CSGO are missing when i do the "verify integrity of game files"
