We will have to wait till it crashes again, are you aware that you have two VPNs running on the machine?
Yeah about that its not popping up in my add or remove programs but its showing in RevO uninstaller , when i go to uninstall via ReVo i get prompted with "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed"

old BIOS being the cause of a BSoD is very unlikely, but personally, I'd be getting the latest firmware in case I ever wanted to change hardware down the track, like processor or memory.
plus there could be some bug fixes or general improvements with the new version.

also, it's usually easier to go from v1 to v2 to v3 and so on, than go from v2 to v30.

re-opened per OP request.

Hey i still need help with my PC, my post went inactive so i no longer am able to reply, i took it to micro center and they couldnt get it to blue screen and they ran tests and the reliability looked good got the PC back week later its Blue screening again if youre still interested in helping me that would be greatly appreciated thanks

how long did they have it on, running tests I wonder?
supposedly worked for them, as soon as you get it home, it gets a BSoD.

so - either their testing sucks, or your environment was different from theirs.
at your place, make sure you have only mouse and keyboard connected - as they would have done.
even try another mouse and keyboard - to try and mimic as much as possible the conditions they tested the PC under.

personally, I think they turned it on, ran a few programs, and concluded all was good.
then kept it for a week to suggest they tested the living shite out of it!

what were you doing went it blue screened?
