I have been experiencing the BSOD a lot whenever I try to use my AMD Radeon R7 M445, I have tried reinstalling windows tried using different driver software versions but nothing works, now I went to event viewer/windows log/system/ and found these errors that I think are related to this I have attached the pictures.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thank You

again Please Help I really need Help.

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your OP, edit your last opening post to include anything that you wish to add, when viewing the boards members/staff will always check out an OP that has no replies, if you reply to your own OP it can appear to others that you are already being assisted and your request for help could be overlooked, something that none of us want.

Sorry but we don`t use rar, can you zip and upload the dmp file using only the method that was provided in my reply #3, thanks.

No worry about the double post but unless urgent avoid doing so, I get up to 200 emails a day to read and there is nothing worse than being mid way through typing a reply but then having to stop to see what was added, likewise can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read all quoted posts as well, it not only wastes our time but also keeps you waiting as well.

No drivers are shown to be the cause of the crashes, see attachment below, something that has been flagged up in one of the dmps that could be the cause of the problems, EasyAntiCheat.sys, do you already know what this is?

Got a couple of things for your to do but will do them one at a time and the quickest first;

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Polite reminder;

likewise can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read all quoted posts as well, it not only wastes our time but also keeps you waiting as well.

Thank You for still sticking with me.
First EasyAntiCheat, I don't know in detail but it is compulsory to run when I run Fortnite(Game). To what extent I know that it stops only the cheating that could be done in a game like using an aim-bot and stuff like that I have attached a pic of it.
Anyways you are the professional, but sometimes even if the Game is not running and I'm using Google or Adobe Illustrator, BSOD still comes.
Secondly I've got a Laptop Dell i7 Inspiron 5567 and here are the rest of the specs attached in the way You asked for and I've currently disabled AMD GPU so it might not show the GPU of AMD.

I'm trying to upload the pic of my charger(as I have a laptop and not Desktop) as a zip file but It's saying too large file

Again Thank You very much for sticking with me 'causeI have gone everywhere on the Internet who helped me are you guys(PCHF) so Thank You. I will try my best to not repeat my mistakes, sorry for doing them in the first place.:)

Please, no need to quote every post, just type your feedback in the dialogue input box then press reply.

No worries about pics of the charger, no need for them when the computer is a laptop.

Do both of the below then post back with an update for us.

Run a full Dell diagnostic test, see info here

Download and run DriverView which you can get from here

Save the results to text and attach to your next reply for us if you will.

I'm really sorry I thought that I have to reply to you every time.
Nothing bad found except the attachment pic, and I think it didn't check GPU of AMD 'cause it is disabled, and as I told you that when I use AMD card BSOD comes so that's it for this and the Driver view is also attached.

Drivers are all good and just so that you are aware what we were checking was to make sure that there were no AMD drivers present.

Being that your computer is a Dell notebook you should only use the drivers released by them as they are specific to your model of computer, the Dell BIOS is what dictates this.

Download and install driver Version: 17.400.2011, A04 from here which is the fourth one on the list of video driver.

I think it didn't check GPU of AMD 'cause it is disabled,
What makes you say that the AMD GPU is disabled, we can clearly see it in Speccy;

Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1280x720@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics 620 (Dell)
ATI AMD Radeon R7 M440 (Dell)
CrossFire Disabled

ATI AMD Radeon R7 M440
Manufacturer: ATI
Model: AMD Radeon R7 M440
Device ID: 1002-6900
Revision: C4
Subvendor: Dell (1028)
GPU Clock: 0.0 MHz
Driver version: 26.20.15029.27016

See the attachment, I've disabled it my self from device manager from the time I know that BSODs are coming 'cause of this.
and Yes Can I attach a video here so that I can show you that When I enable the driver from device manager BSOD comes and when I download/Install Driver at 90% BSOD comes. saying PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, atikmdag.sys and some times they are different but this is the most common so that's why I remember this one.
OK, I'll try one more time to install the driver you said. Please tell me that can I attach a video?
Thank You.

OK, So I installed the driver in the way you said and it was working fine no BSODs but the Card was not giving the same output that it used to give, so
I went to device manager and updated the driver well it got updated and still no BSODs but still the Performance of the GPU was not the same as it used to give before this all started happening but never mind the performance after almost an hour the game crashed saying something like d3d GPU got corrupted run d3ddebug to see/resolve the issue and as I pressed the OK on a dialog box the game closed following with a BSOD saying something like hardware corruption.

The DMP file of this crash is attached.

and one more thing from the time I have installed the driver first time in the way you said my laptop's screen flickers sometimes.
Thank You.

Sorry MA131511 but for us to be able to help we need you to work with us and not go off and do your own thing.

The latest dmp reports MemCompression which can be caused by GPU drivers.

Let us know if you wish to continue here but be aware that our assistance will only continue if you stick to what has been advised.

OK, I did roll over back to the previous version which u told. Before even reading your message. Its working fine but please don't stop this thread right now.
and may I know why the only driver you told is working fine but not any other?

The stable Dell driver is specifically intended for your model of computer and if installed on any other model that computer would suffer the same problems that you get when you install incompatible drivers.

Once Windows has been installed, you install the necessary drivers for the MB and other hardware and then leave well alone, drivers should not be allowed to auto update and you should never update any driver/s unless the new drivers are intended to resolve a specific issue that you are having, installing new drivers unnecessarily can actually cause you the very issues that any new drivers are intended to resolve and uninstalling the new drivers may not resolve the problem/s that installing the new drivers has caused.

Depending on priority it can take many months before the driver provider releases any fix and they sometimes do not even bother.

Well last time I updated the driver I started getting good FPS in games and good overall performance in other Adobe Softwares as well.
OK I get it that I did wrong in what I said previously but now what should I do that BSOD is again coming on the same version you told to install.
Last time plz help I won't mess up this time.......

and I'm trying to open DMP files on VS code/studio but its hanging how can I open them?
Thank You.
