i’m going to get straight to the point my pc is stuck in a BSOD loop while trying to boot. The stop code is page fault in nopaged area. i’ve done a good amount of research and all i’m seeing is go into recovery mode and safe mode but it can’t even boot without blue screening. It’s my hard drive that’s giving me the BSOD and i don’t know what to do anymore.

what have you tried to fix the issue?

can you take the drive out and put it into another PC (or external USB enclosure) to scan for errors?
you could try creating a Linux bootable USB stick and boot the PC from that then trying to access your drive.

another option, at what point does the BSOD occur?
if you can see the Win10 splash screen, as it tries to startup (at the spinning wheel), force a shutdown by holding in the power button, then turn it back on.

do that 3 or 4 times and eventually it should came back with something like "couldn't start, preparing to enter setup" and it'll take you to the Advanced Startup Options screen.
in there you can try some advanced options like using Restore Points, starting in Safe Mode, and repair reload on Windows.
