Boot up problem

Ii looked at my mb more closely especially where the CPU fits in tats wat I found . Looks like paste got in there . Would that be the problem?

Best bet is to replace the motherboard. You will need to get a magnifying glass and well lit area and make sure there is none on the pins of the CPU(s). Remembering that the pins are extremely fragile and will break easily.

Once the stuff gets in to there and dries it is hard to remove.
