Can u recommend a MB doesnt have to be a gaming but the CPU is a amd 8250e don't wanna spend to much over a $100

Best bet is to replace the motherboard. You will need to get a magnifying glass and well lit area and make sure there is none on the pins of the CPU(s). Remembering that the pins are extremely fragile and will break easily.

Which CPU will you be using with the replacement motherboard? You mentioned you have an AMD Phenom 1100T which is an AM3 chip and then you said you have an AMD Phenom X3 8250e which is a socket AM2+ chip. What CPU are you intending on using?
If its the AMD 1100T then I would get this motherboard ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB 950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS.

Ok then. The AMD FX 8320E CPU is compatible with that motherboard that I posted above so you should be good.
