1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

And i also get this sound sometimes when i play like someone is talking in a vid and the bluescreen sound starts in my headphones for a sec stops and does it again

Just noticed your topic title "Blue screen on windows 10 and 7"

What do you mean by the above, are you dual booting Windows 7 and 10.

My minidump is empty sry i couldn't respond i will try my best to respond every day

No worries, none of us can be here 24/7 as we all have family and work to attend to, just let us know if you are going to be away for more than three days and we will not ask for an update until after that.

Have you made sure that crash dmps are enabled on the computer, see info here for how to enable small memory dmps.

Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page, it also avoids filling up folks inbox

I just seen your steps and i did enable kernel memory dump, now i have to wait to get another bluescreen?
and by windows 7 and 10 i meant i got the problem on every windows

So you clean installed different versions of Windows on the same computer and still got BSOD, if yes, after clean installing Windows each time, did you also install the drivers for the motherboard and starting with the chipset drivers first.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply, it really does not help and just makes for unnecessary reading, thanks.

Yes,i installed the drivers each time when i had windows 7 because i booted it with a cd from 0 and on windows 10 i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 with the program from microsoft and i installed it clean but i kept the drivers

When you upgraded to Windows 10 you should have also installed compatible Windows 10 drivers, your crash dmp is showing a vast amount of incompatible drivers present and that is what is presently causing Windows to crash.

What is the brand and model name or number of the motherboard.

From where was the Windows 7 media and product key obtained that were used prior to upgrading to Windows 10.

I talked with a guy that helped me figure out something,my hard is dying

My motherboard is an ASUSTeK Computer INC.
Model:V6-P8H61ELX (LGA1155)
Version:Rev X.0x

Can you also answer the above for us.

We can take a look at the HDD for you and we will provide the info for you but can I first suggest that you get yourself a USB thumbdrive and download/save the Windows 10 drivers for your MB from here

Once you have the Windows 10 drivers, create a new system restore point, uninstall the Windows 7 drivers, restart the computer in Safe Mode only (no networking) then starting with the chipset drivers first, install the Windows 10 drivers from your thumbdrive, restart, test, post back with an update for us.

Got to head out now but will try and check back later.

My pc came with a windows 7 dvd 32 bits but then i borrowed 1 from my friends with 64 bits and the last boot on win 7 was at the store where he repaired my pc

I just deleted every unused driver from device manager and now i will start to do the system restore hopefully everything works good.

This could be a part of your problem, you cannot go from 32 to 64-bit bit on a computer that shipped with 32-bit Windows, the Microsoft product key only allows 32-bit Windows to be re installed with the only way of legitimately going from 32 to 64-bit being the purchase of 64-bit Windows media and accompanying product key.

We will wait on your next update for now.

From the moment of my drivers installed its been 1 day and nothing happend, before them i got 3 bluescreens that day,if this day and tomorrow will be without a bluescreen,i will come back and say my results in 2 days. Thank you

Update:I just got a blusecreen, with error stopcode IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL this and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT are the most common,i did a ram test and switched my ram to see but isn't a problem from ram

Did you read my reply #28?

Have you purchased a 64-bit Windows 7 product key for the present installation?

Polite reminder;

Double posting/bumping your thread will not get you a reply any quicker, if we are not around we cannot reply and the more replies we have to read the longer it will take for us to get back to folk, I may even leave replying for a couple of days when someone really hacks me off :(
