Solved Blue Screen Crashes daily

That was some of the info I looked at and reason why I asked was because some trial software has encryption that can cause conflicts.

Best suggestion atm is next time you use ANSYS don`t use either Opera or Spotify to begin with, if all is ok after prolonged use, try one but not both of the other two, see how that goes, again if ok run the last of the three and see if that causes any problems.

Hi, yes I have an update, I done what you said and crashes definetley lowered in frequency. I decided to not use my download of ANSYS and instead log in to a remote access to the university computers and use it through that. I have had one crash in the last few days that I am aware of.

Happened about 15 minutes ago after using the PC for about 2 hours. I was logged in to the remote access computer with opera open on my PC and got the blue screen error message 'system service exemption'.

Do you use java at all.

If not, uninstall it as it is one of the most widely exploited programs out there, if you do use it for some reason, always make sure that you have the latest version available and likewise always disable it when it is not being used.

Try and get back to us by Wednesday if you can, forum policy is to ask for an update for threads that have not been replied to for three days or more.

Hi again, I have been running my PC as normal and have experienced 3 crashes in the last few days with 3 different error messages:
1)APC Index Mismatch
2)System Service Exemption
3)Page fault in nonpaged area.

The first and third crashes involved me just using my web browser and the second crash was when my PC was just sitting on the desktop with no apps or anything open.

Hello

None of the three crashes were driver related so you are looking at either conflicts or an outside chance hardware, being that Steam was flagged up in two of the crashes and Opera in the other a conflict which includes security/anti virus problems.

Can we have a new Speccy url and a MTB log, see below;

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP Configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us if you will.

Your MTB log is telling us that you have an unlicensed copy of Windows.

Can I ask from where you obtained the Windows 10 media and Microsoft product key that have been used on this PC.
