Blinking power light not hard drive light

Hi guys, I have a new computer and it runs great that being said I'm having a werid issue. When I turn on the Pc the Power light blinks and doesn't stop. It is not the hard drive light. If I restart it or put in sleep mode the light goes back to solid. I checked all cords in side everything seems in place. So not sure why it does that.

Doesn't effect the Pc in anyway, I tried disabling fast boot that didn't help. Like i said if I restart when it happens blinking stops. If I put it in sleep mode and then wake it up blinking stops so scratching my head here.

can you also supply the make/model of the power supply?

highlights from Speccy.....

remove Kaspersky. not only not needed, but can always reload if you want.
change your power profile to Balance.
uninstall Driver Booster and never touch any sort of 3rd party driver updater again. (y)
is the Samsung 860 EVO SSD out of another PC? - it has had some CRC Errors and Temperature Exceeded trigger events.

in trying to determine 'weird' behaviour, getting your PC to a 'standard' level is good.
so you could try disconnection the Razer keyboard and mouse, the Dell soundbar and the AURA LED controller - in other words, keep it simple, just the bare bones, and see if they changes things.
