Anytime I start up a game a black screen will pop up and it will do this for 3-5 seconds then load the game, then the black screen will pop up again and so on and so forth. I have a Radeon RX 570 and a Ryzen 5 2600 and I have the driver for my GPU. Windows is up to date and the black screen happens with all games, not just Steam. Thanks for the help!
