You still never answered my question. So I’ll leave this open for 24 hours. That should suffice, for answering what issues remain....Then it will be closed.

Every mother boards when there isn't any hard to detect have three sentences as default as like there isn't any hard to boot when the virus infect it ! it can change to insert cd or DVD to boot ! It's a sign! Feed and search cpu and ram usage must be 0% usually ! When u install new windows it can happened after u connect to net it gets clear !!! It's another sign ! Floppy maxcell can't detect ! It's another sign ! DVD windows stop at prepare numbers ! This hacker think that he is so smart ! But I know his mechanism thank u .is it enough?
