I have a HP ProBook 450 G3. I've had it for about 2.5 years. For a time I wasn't using it becuase I built my own desktop rig about 7 moths ago, so it's been sitting in my laptop bag with very limited use (probably used 4 times in that time span for a couple of hours) but now after charging the laptop fully, then storing it and not using it for a couple of days I turn it on and the battery has lost almost half it's full charge, or more. I checked my settings because I have it set to turn on automatically when I open the lid, so I thought maybe when I shut it down and then close the lid, that maybe it's turning back on or going into sleep mode, but I don't see the hard drive light flashing or anything. I tried to turn off that setting (to turn on when I open the lid) but even though I turned the setting off it still does it. Does anyone know what may be the problem, or is it just possibly a old worn battery issue, is there a program i can use to check the health of my battery? I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64.
