The internet service provider has recently connected an optical internet network to our apartment. The router is called Fiberhome AN5506-02. The apartment has a computer and a notebook. The router has 2 LAN ports, of which I can only use one at a time. It is connected to the computer via an internet cable, since the notebook can receive the signal transmitted by the router. But here comes the problem. At certain times of the day, the broadcast internet is slowing down. That is, the nootbook jumps from 30-40ms to 500-7000ms, stays there for 2-3 minutes, then jumps back to 30-40ms, after 4-5 minutes the increment is repeated. In this case the internet is also useless on mobile devices. There is no such problem with the computer. When the ms growth is on the router one of the Led burners blinks very fast. Specifically, the Led under which the Wi-Fi logo is located. Unfortunately, this challenge arises every day. I'm trying to talk to an ISP, but they don't want to understand exactly what's wrong. I told them several times what I described, but they only told me to turn the router on / off and it would get better. But I didn't see any change. When I told them the story for the second time, one case was the same as the first time. I told them the restaurant wasn't working but they didn't want to believe it. Maybe some advice on how to solve the problem or next time I talk to the service provider to tell me the problem to understand? Thanks in advance
