You cannot get a new PSU until you know what new GPU you will be getting + keep in mind that Bronze efficiency rated PSUs are not made to support gaming class rigs and last but not least not all brands of PSU are equal, Corsair, EVGA and Seasonic are the most respected of brands.

well seperate from the possible MB issue my GPU is a gtx 750 so rather old and doesn't meet my requirements anuypone so was going to be replaces anyway which does require a new PSU I'm told so I may as well get the new PSU now and see if that fixes the issue. if not I know its the MB and I can take it in to be repaired. either way a new GPU and PSU are needed.

To avoid us having to ask for an update every couple of days we will close this thread until the OP has the time available to work towards resolving the issue, PM a member of staff when you are ready and the thread can be reopened.
