audio problem in windows 10

its inbuilt speaker from laptop, they are not working nor using earphones
i already tried 3 times to install windows, but nothing worked
i already tried safe mode,another account, restart audio services, etc etc

my windows is up to date, i tried almost every method i know and google it

Bit of a long shot - But try these drivers, including the realtek. Just downloaded several from the site and scanned with Eset End Point Security ( Esets business Class ) and all clean.

Did you try the Driver links on post #21 ? ( had to be approved by Admins 1st - hence may not have seen it)

These were looked up going by your previous post showing the full Model Number

If these were tried, Stating what "May be an obvious comment" But if Windows has been installed 3 times from Fresh, AND the correct drivers are all installed, and still a problem - then there can be a faulty hardware related issue.

get your hands on some external speakers, even a pair of headphones, to see if you get some sort of audio on some device!
what type of reinstall of Windows did you try - over the top of the current one or from a USB stick created using the Windows Media Creation Tool and having it delete all current drive partitions and installing a completely fresh OS?

When you uninstalled the device did it ask you to delete the drivers?
You might have to reinstall an older driver via the device’s entry within device manager if it doesn’t show then check under show hidden devices.
Right click device.
Choose update driver.
Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’.
Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’.
Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next.
Choose one of the older drivers from the list shown, then click next.
This will then reinstall the driver.
