Audio issues

So, recently I moved PC cases and when I did so, my rear panel audio connects, but my headphones only work on the right side, on the left they make a high pitched buzzing noise and I can hear through them very slightly. I've tried front panel, new audio drivers, lots of things, but I just can't get it to work. Someone please help me. I've also tried the headphones on other devices and it works.
My mobo is Asrock B450 GAMING K4

I highly suggest that you power down your machine, unplug it from the wall.
Wait a few moments for the power to leave the system.
Then re seat all of your hardware components.
While you are in there, might as well remove any dust that you see with a can of compressed air.

I've reseated everything and blew out dust, but to no avail.

in the week that has passed, what else have you tried?
what sort of headphones do you have?
bluetooth, wireless, USB, or 3.5mm jack?
if 3.5mm, are they mono (2 pole), stereo (3 pole) or headset type with mic (4 pole)?

here is an example of a 4 pole plug.

and to confirm, they were working fine in that PC until you changed the case?
and they work fine in other devices like a PC, laptop, stereo player?

So, I've checked it and It's 4 pole, it works perfectly on other devices such as my sisters pc and my ps4, I've tried using different headphones on this pc but still have the same issue. I have tried regrounding, unplugging front panel audio, constantly trying new and new audio drivers and I'm just lost. Could it be the motherboard not being mounted on the case properly?
This forum is my last hope, all others stop responding
