I recently tried to update my Realtek audio drivers and my dell laptop couldn't boot up after that.

After some tries Windows automatic repair showed a 0x00000185 error and the info was "A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed".

Then I finally disabled audio in my bios settings and thank ***, that worked and the device booted up. But as you guessed, there is no audio now and there is no audio drivers showing in the Device manager. So I don't know what to do. I haven't even turned off pc after this.

Help please.

while we wait for the BSOD logs, what process did you use to update the audio drivers?
where did they come from, what was the new version, what was the old version?
Ok I was using the Microsoft high definition audio drivers and wanted to switch back to Realtek (When I first got the system, it was Realtek). But this driver dated 6.1.2021 was showing errors and couldn't install. Tried many versions of that file from many sites. Then I updated to 'Realtek audio' through device manager and that worked. But my headphones were not getting detected. At this moment I lost it and unchecked the show compatible hardware option and installed same driver dated 6.1.2021. That worked but still I couldn't open the audio manager and the headphones were getting detected . I went back and installed the previous version ones (dated 2019, don't remember exactly) and that's when it couldn't boot up.

Thank You for Replying:)

*were not getting detected.

why not download and install the drivers from the Dell site for your system?
Yeah when I searched manually in the site it showed an option of "Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_MMJNT_WIN_6.0.9107.1_A19" but couldn't install ( Screenshot and log given below). It wouldn't show me any option for audio drivers automatically because I have disabled audio through BIOS.
