Hi. I have pc with Asus LGA775 Motherboard and when i turn it on fans are running but there is no display output. There is not installed grafic card. Here are specs: CPU Intel Celeron D346, RAM Samsung 2 GB 2Rx8 PC2-5300U-555-12-L0, Power supply Codeged 300XX (400W).

CPU Intel Celeron D346,

The processor is not on the list of supported CPUs, you can confirm this for yourself here

The socket type is the same but LGA775 was around for a few years before being made obsolete and your particular CPU was released almost four years before the ASUS P5G41T-M LX Plus MB was, apart from the lower RAM speed that the CPU is compatible with the main problem is that the MBs BIOS does not recognise the CPU, being that there is no such BIOS available you are going to have to get yourself a CPU that is on the MBs support list.
