I have just now finished building my pc but every time I try to boot red LED lights turn on under cpu and dram

The parts are
I3-10100f
1660ti
B460 phantom gaming 4
Cooler master 212 led
Hyper x fury 2x8gb 3200mhz
Crucial p2 m.2 ssd
Tx550 80+ Gold

Any help would be greatly appreciated
