Annoying sound playing on the background even after I reinstalled Windows

I've been having troubles with a sound in my computer that appears from time to time and now om really getting upset about it. I think it may have came from a program once i installed in my computer named FACEIT, I unistalled it but the sound was still on my computer and even reinstalled windows but i hasn´t worked either.
I used the program ProcessMonitor to detect the sound and discover which programs was reproducing it in my computer, but it could´t detect anything. I'll leave the recording of the sound in case someone knows where it might come from.
