if so, that's normal, and means you either have another user still signed into the PC or a shared network resource that is in use.
how often and when does it happen?
take a snapshot of when it occurs and show that in your next post.

One area Speccy doesn’t show is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.
