when you say software provided by ASRock, do you mean a certain software that you know of? or there might be software that does this provided by them. I'll try and change it in the BIOS and get back to you to see if anything changes in performance. :D

The software would be the A-Tuning app provided by ASRock which I mentioned earlier.

Sorry about no response from me for the past couple of days. I think I am good to go ahead and close this thread. It didn't fix the issue completely in my opinion, but it fixed it more that 80% of the way when viewing the better frames I get in game. Thank you so much for everyone that helped me in this, you guys rock! :D <3
