All games keep crashing, something might be corrupted (not due to steam or any of the games)

So my biggest issue is I'm unsure what this problem even is. To give a quick recap of my agonizing 24 hour experience, let's start off with the main issue

I cannot play any steam games.

Basically anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour (the longest i ever got was an hour 30 i believe), my game crashes. Sometimes, it just freezes and crashes, other times a Unity loading bar appears and then it crashes.

I spent 12 hours trying to fix it and coulnt do anything. On that day I got 3 BSODs, two of which were back to back. After the back to back, windows opened me up in advanced startup and advised me to clean files. I factory reset, and my games still seem to be crashing. (No BSODs atm though.)

I've never overclocked my pc to my knowledge, and have ran sfc, dmis, and chkdsk, none of which fixed the problem. Chkdsk however did say it was repairing local disk C.
To my knowledge all my drivers are updated, and I honestly have no clue how to proceed forward.
Everyone I've talked to and Steam support tell me it's an issue with my pc and not steam.

I'm not tech savvy at all. Before reseting I was completely current on every windows update, now I'm not since apparently windows updates can cause this (wtf), but downloading them, according to previous experience, will fix nothing.
I'm frustrated and have never owned a pc before, just a laptop(which also broke but I treated that much worse than my pc and it took over 6 years so that's a win in my books)
I've only this pc for, i dont know, 6 months? I really need someone to throw me a bone.

Have you tried uninstalling Steam & reinstalling it? Same question with the games.
Ensure the PC’s fans are free of dust & fluff as overheating may be causing the problem.
As chkdsk has fixed some problems there may be a HD problem, download the trial version of Hard Disk Sentinel:
If this shows Caution or Bad then I’d image the drive immediately & replace it asap.

Yes I've tried reinstalling Steam and the game multiple times. I weekly spray the fans with dust remover to attempt to avoid this problems.

Can you provide the specs for your PC - Graphics card/s, Processor etc?
If you’re running nVidia graphics then check their website for any updates.
Sorry I've made so many posts about this I've forgot to re-add my specs. Here they are (Also how do I know if my driver needs an update? Before my reboot my brother made me install GeForce experience but I heard that can mess up your drivers)

Ryzen 3 3300x
GTX 970 4gb
Biostar a320mh
8gb 3200mhz
128gb ssd
500gb hdd
Wraith stealth cooler
500w 80+ psu

Was this done since you reinstalled the operating system?

with the request of the spec that @Bastet requested what is the make and model of the power supply unit.

Could be that something may have just came loose and needs to be reconnected.
I don't know about my make and model of my psu, I just have a list of my components I was sent after it was made and it only said "500w 80+ psu" so if that helps, then great. If it doesn't, how do I find out my make and model, and how do I check if something needs to be reconnected?
(also i sent the full list of my specs in one of the replies)

Open the system and get the information that is on the sticker on the side of the power supply unit.

Since the system is 6 months old I would suggest that you contact them sometimes opening the case can cause the warranty to be voided.

Are the games compatible with your pc?
Does your pc meet the minimum requirements?
Are you running any third party antivirus software?

My PC meets all the requirements for every game, I use window defender and have already double checked to make sure the games and steam is exempt from the firewall, I verified local game files, I already talked to steam support as well.(I've also already followed all steps of that article, and this does not only apply to steam games, but all games including things like minecraft and roblox. I never would have noticed if my nephews didn't come to visit). This was their full message
"If your games still crash after following the suggestions in the article, it sounds like there are underlying issues with your machine that need to be addressed before we can properly troubleshoot individual game issues here at Steam Support. We can only suggest reaching out to a local PC technician to further troubleshoot as issues like these require direct access to your machine, which is a level of assistance we simply cannot attain here at Steam Support.

I'm sorry we can't be of more help with this."
If you are curious as to what they linked me,

You can try clean installing the graphics driver using DDU:
If the problem remains then check the framerate of the games. Do they drop to a very low number or remain constant.
Try running the games as admin right click on the game’s .exe & choose run as admin.
Ensure you have the KB4598291 update installed as this fixed a bug with Windows crashing while playing games:

I'm not entirely sure how to install DDU. The two links sent me to 1. A zip file which when extracted had no option for setting it up, only uninstalling and 2. Driver Easy.
When I play games they run at a steady framerate then just freeze and never unfreeze. Most of the times they close out on their own, but sometimes I have to force close them with task manager.

I would not recommend using any Driver update software.
Edit: The program isn’t installed & is portable, the .zip contains several files & the DDU uninstaller is for uninstalling the drivers rather than uninstalling the program.
You need to uninstall the driver within safe mode.

Once I've entered safe mode and I'm guessing clicking on the uninstaller will show me how to uninstall my graphics driver, how would I do a clean install? Also how would I know what my graphics driver would look like (Sorry, I might've mentioned this before, but I am the opposite of tech savvy)

You would choose to uninstall the nVidia driver, the program does everything for you.
The basic Microsoft driver is used if needed once you restart.
To reinstall the driver you just visit nVidia & search for your driver - you can do this beforehand if you wish - & download it.

128gb ssd

Which drive has the OS on it?

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP Configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

COPY and PASTE the complete information for the MTB.txt file into you next post.
