Solved Adobe photoshop elements 12

Hi, i purchased adobe photoshop elements 12 a few yrs ago via ebay and installed on my laptop without any issues. I have now purchased a new laptop on reset my old one but even though i still have the product key for the software, i cannot find a link anywhere for photoshop elements 12.
i have checked on adobe website and it does not show older versions.
I would be grateful if anyone could help please

I have not asked them anything, i just selected older versions link and it asked for serial number. I prob wont get anywhere with adobe if i mention i purchased from ebay

All you can do is ask and or go through their forum.

Older versions are still available from Adobe but there are proviso`s, from the Adobe link here

How to download your older app
You can download most non-subscription apps if you purchased them from Adobe.com or registered them.

Being that you made the purchase on ebay unless you ever registered the software with Adobe you are out of luck.

Edit to add, you could be real cheeky and try and use your licence key to register the version 12 that you have.

I have been on adobe chat and it is no longer available in 64bit now anyway and i would have to provide a serial number and not the product keycode. As i purchased it from ebay i only received the download link and keycode but the download link no longer shows the one i purchased. Its my own fault from purchasing it from ebay even though it has worked perfectly since 2014

UPDATE:
Thank you Rustys for providing the link to the adobe forum, it was a fantastic help. I have now reinstalled my software and have it up and running
