I have some technical wiring diagrams in a PDF format that I would like to add lines of text to. At the moment I am using the "Print Screen" function then pasting that grabbed image into a photo editing software, then adding a text box.
However the "Print Screen" function isnt ideal as it blurs the information on the diagram. So Im lookiing to be able to add the text to the original PDF document.
Is it possible ? and if so how do I do it ?

Thanks for any advice

certainly is possible.
best option is of course Adobe Acrobat - made specifically for just that, creating and editing PDF files.
but, being Adobe it's not free, about $800 to buy outright or something like $20/month for the subscription model.
from memory I think it offers a trail period, so that may be enough to get you over this hurdle for now.

there are most likely free stuff out there that does the same but I've always been lucky enough to have access to Acrobat.
