A " New Folder " is Simultaneously created

Hello, folks

When I create and name a new folder on the desktop, a simultaneously folder is created under the title "New Folder"?

Attached is a photo of the desktop

Hi Ayed
Can you start task manager by pressing the Ctrl Shift and ESC at the same time
Click on the process tab
Do you see any files named newfolder.exe, srvidd20.exe iddono20.exe or editor.exe

None of newfolder.exe, srvidd20.exe iddono20.exe or editor.exe, appeared yet

Any suggtestions?
 
Does this only happen on the desktop ?
Create a new local user (can be deleted after) and see if it still happens
Might be corrupt profile Instructions Click On Me if needed
I have just created a file and named it. The nagging New Folder pops up on the desktop. Then, I've created a local account and named it. The New Folder--the bone of problem, disappeared?

Next step is to copy files to new user profile Click On Me Scroll down to the heading

Copy files to the new user profile​

If you have email messages in an email program, you must import your email messages and addresses to the new user profile separately.

Some applications previously installed may need to be reconfigured or reinstalled.
