Hello! I also have a problem with the PC, today when I wanted to turn it on, it beeped 5 times but did not display anything on the monitor! I realized that it works, the notifications can be heard, the music can start, if I insert a USB stick, that specific sound is heard, but unfortunately it doesn't display anything! Please help me! Thank you!

5 Beeps will depend on the Manufacture of the BIOS

Have you referred to their site and or Manual?

Could be CMOS
Processor

If you reboot, does it still do this or how often does this happen?

When was the last time the dust was cleared from the system?

Does this only happen when the USB stick is inserted?
Does it work in any other system, port?

Does it cause this when inserted after the system boots?

Where did the USB stick come from?

I don't know much about the bios, unfortunately I don't have a user manual for the PC, I tried to google some information about it but unfortunately I didn't find much.
No no no the usb stick has nothing to do with it I just put it in the PC to see if anything happens, and I had that specific sound when you insert the stick in the PC. (That specific sound when you insert a stick / cable in the port ) the stick has nothing to do with this issue. I just wanted to say that the PC works by the fact that the specific sounds can be heard.
I cleaned it of dust about every 5-6 months, today I cleaned it again and hoping it works but in vain, I don't think it's due to the dust it wasn't much. I tested every stick of RAM and nothing, I tried to start it without RAM, and it started beeping 3 times repeatedly but still didn't display anything, I checked the cables from the monitor, the monitor but I didn't notice anything defective I think I turned on and off the PC today 100 times and nothing. The motherboard is a medion b150ha em has an i7 6700, 550W power supply, 16 ram ddr4 2113 mhz. video card rx 570 oc 4Gb gddr5.I also removed the battery from the mother board and put It back but stil nothing.Thank You!

So, every time you turn it on this happens?
The 5 beeps?

Usually when something I would suggest with hardware is to reseat it also make sure that the CPU fan is connected to the correct port on the Motherboard.

Since this is a CPU could do that ONLY of you have thermal paste handy. when was the last time that was replaced?

Yes, every time I turn it on it emits 5 beeps and does not display anything.
I wanted to reinstall Windows, but I can't because it doesn't display anything.
I also changed the thermal paste today, the last time it was changed 5 months ago. Last time I turned the PC on it was 3 months ago and it went well, I didn't have time to start it since then today I had some free time and I wanted to play something but unfortunately I couldn't. A few things I want to say are that since I bought it, it has had this problem, but after I turned it on and off a few times it went normally without beeping or showing no display.
Before, if i turned on it every day, it doesn't do that, but if i left it closed for more than 4 days, this problem came back, but we solved it easily by turning It off and on a couple of times and everything worked normally. But now it didn't work no more : ((
sorry for my bad english.

if I remember correctly today when i reseated the cpu, it had small drops of water, like sweat.
Could it be because of that? how come it got wet, the socket and the processor I had no idea I didn't spill anything on it, did it condense? I'm so confused.
the small droplets of water (i think it was water) were betwin the back of the cpu and the socket

Do not worry about your english.

How is the computer cooled?

Yes any condensation in electronics can cause failure.

from what you just posted that could be what caused it best way to get it diagnosed is to have a trusted professional shop look at it.

Is any fluid got into where the pens go it could have shorted out that part of the motherboard.

The CPU cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper tx3 evo, but why does it start? if the motherboard had something burned, shouldn't it have started? it starts, it just doesn't show up, it's like a phone that has a completely broken screen and you can't see anything, but it works. I can confirm this by the fact that if I click on something with the mouse it can be heard, I can turn on the music, and not only I can open the games but I can't see anything on the screen. I can only realize by hearing.I would like to solve the problem myself, professional computer repair shops are quite expensive :))

Hi. I just found another cause that could be the problem. I took the video card out of the computer and connected the monitor to the motherboard with a VGA cable and to my surprise it started, without beeping and is running normally, but when I change and connect the DVI cable to the motherboard it makes those 5 beeps and does not show anything on the display. whit the vga cable it works whitout a problem. what to understand now, is the DVI cable to blame, or I have no idea, 5 beeps means processor failure, what's the point of the cable? why when I put the dvi cable the problem appears and when I put the vga cable it works perfectly.

Unless the display card is going out have never personally heard of a display cable of any sort causing this. Which would make sense if I just did not key into the 5 beeps. Could be that the display card itself is starting to go. If replacing the DVI cable does not correct it would look at trying a new display card.

Yes it would depending on where the short is.
