Solved 2nd monitor program

Hello,

I play a game called Lineage2 and the server i am on it uses an old client that doesn't work perfectly on recent OS.
I have a 2 monitor setup and i want to use this game on my 2nd not main monitor but whenever i drag it the game either freezes or glitches out and i have to close it..when i open it again it starts on my main monitor..The 2nd monitor has different resolution since it's an older monitor..
All i'm asking is there any way i can force the program to start on the 2nd monitor?

what version of Windows are you using?

I have done this before (pretty sure) where I wanted a command console to open on a particular point on the second screen - but that may just be a CMD window thing.

I'm trying to find how I did it but I'm in away from my home and work PC's where I would have done it, at the moment.

a quick and dirty work-around may be to make the 2nd screen the primary screen so the game opens on what it thinks in the main screen but in fact is the 2nd monitor.

I am using windows 10

I have already tried it to make it my main monitor and it kinda works..but it messes up the "good" monitor and it's incovenient for me since i use both monitors a lot...I also have tried a program that forces borders on a program and you can force it to start on the 2nd monitor but it also glitched..

I have tried this..The game doesn't have borders so i can't drag it..I can move it with shift+windows key and directional key..After i do that it becomes glitched out and i can close it with right clicking on the program on the taskbar or using the task manager..After that when i reopen it it opens on the main monitor.
