BSOD Errors

Status
Not open for further replies.
Attached are the last few days of BSOD errors Ive been getting. The one dated today happened three times and was the same failure each time.
I had attempted to use the windows Verifier tool to help with the issue, but that just sent me into a BSOD loop that I only just fixed now.
In addition to the BSOD issues listed below i now have the pictured screen fragments occurring all across my screen and I have no clue as to solve those either. Any help would be appreciated and I have attached the .dmp files below.

Only looked at the last two dmps as the others are too old to be of any use.

The last crash was a problem with the opera browser and the one previous to that a problem with the CPU.

Your display issue could be driver, hardware or heat related, we havn`t got any info on your computer hardware, if a desktop, post the brand and model name or number of the PSU and post a Speccy url the details for which you will find below;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Hello Valrin,

f a desktop, post the brand and model name or number of the PSU

Can you post the requested PSU info for us if you will.

Only seeing a couple of things of note in Speccy;

Active power scheme: High performance This is a form of overclocking that causes both overheating and instability, change this to Balanced in the Windows Power Plan.

1/2/2019 12:06 PM;: SafeZone scheduled Autoupdate 1463204559 You most likely do not even know that this is on your computer, this could be what tripped Opera up, it is also known to not play nice with MBAM which you are using for your AV protection, Avast clean removal info here

Just wanting to get back on this ASAP i will edit further with the PSU info once I crack open my case after writing this but I wanted to supply this new DMP file from a crash earlier today. I have so far modified the power setting and will be removing the avast info shortly.

Update:
evga 600B is the PSU

I should also note that the Graphics Card has been failing about every about two hours or so, almost always recovering(Once or twice requiring a reboot after freezing). Though I assume this is most likely related a power issue or overheating.

Can you explain what exactly you mean by the above, your latest crash dmp shows a Windows problem but there is also an ati and DirectX issue going on as well, I wont ask you to do anything for us at the moment but would suggest that you back up all important data before you post back with your next update, we are going to first of all checkout your HDD, Windows and then drivers, this can take some time and we want to make sure that all of your important data is backed up first as testing a HDD can cause a flaky one to fail.

Well after swapping over to the balanced mode for the PSU it rarely happens but before swapping from High Performance every two hours(or so) the screen would go black then recover with a pop up saying "Video Driver failed but was recovered successfully". Now it only happened once which was early this morning but that was after an entire day of use.

And all my info is backed up.
