I have had Windows 10 for some time and the audio driver was working perfectly fine. Today I got a code 36 for my audio driver. My motherboard is old, but it has been working with the audio driver being fine.
I went about the following
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver
- Checking motherboard manufacturer for the driver
- Checking RealTek for the Driver.
- checking registry (deleting the filter)(Dont worry I made a backup first)
I think that is everything I have done. The only thing left on my mind would be to reset Windows 10, but I thought I would check here first to see if anyone else had some ideas.
Thank You
Griz
