Hey can someone help me with this? i know there is a way to open your files on a flashdrive with command prompt but i forgot. can someone help me?

Open command prompt
Switch to the Drive and Directory (if necessary)
Type name of the file
Press Enter
OR
just Double click for there?
Right click select Open
Right click select Run As
Left click once the press the Enter key.
