    update: i reformatted my pc using the windows reset option and bought a licence key to activate my windows. i also updated all my drivers and chose not to install GTA V nor Epic Games launcher. everything works fine for now may i ask you to conclude the thread please, and thanks for your help

    Ok to answer the first question: i downloaded the media from the official microsoft website, installed it on a flash drive and then used it to format the pc I also downloaded and installed every single update i found in Windows>settings>updates and security so that's also taken care of.     That's exactly what i am trying to do yes. Cuz even though i copy pasted the new installed file and updated everything it still doesn't go away, I can't close it even when all my other apps are closed
