    System Interrupts high CPU at PC startup

    Hey folks, New guy here. I’ve had an ongoing problem for a few years now with a ~7yo PC running Windows 10. Whenever it starts up, or wakes from sleep mode, I can see through Task Manager that task ‘System Interrupts’ takes up ~30% CPU. The computer becomes very sluggish. Restarting helps...
