    Oh... m8... I had the same problem for my old pc... It seems to be a hdd problem... I've changed that and everything worked fine... No virus, no trojan, no nothing. Its just your hdd failing. Try installing a new hdd, an 1 tb hdd costs around 35$ (US). Hopefully it helps Youll have to reinstall...

    Hey m8. What motherboard do you have? It might be RGB Fusion or some alternative programms with theyr check_kill. (I know sounds stupid) But I have a Ryzen 7 2700X with a rtx 2080 ti and that occurs to me (drops from 150 fps in pubg to 40 and back up, and that for about 5 secs) Try uninstalling...
