    Solved Stuttering on new pc build

    Well, I still had some small micro freezing, but ended up turning on Radeon Chill for a totally different reason and it seemed to cure it the rest of the way. Problem is fixed but I still don't really know what was causing it

    Found the problem, monitors refresh rate is only 60hz and my frames were frequently exceeding 100 fps. Used AMD Pro settings to lock it at 60 fps cap. Will have to upgrade my monitor.

    Hi guys, I just got my parts in and built a new pc. I'm using a AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, Radeon RX 590 GPU, 2x 8gb sticks of corsair vengeance 2933 ram in dual channel, 550w PSU, a Seagate Barracuda 2tb hdd, and a B450 Aorus Pro Wifi board, Windows 10 x64. I put it together, updated all my drivers...
