    Yep! I installed the latest drivers with no changes. I was able to test the card in another system and the issue persisted so I've got it boiled down to the gpu at this point. I opened the card up to see if it was a thermal past issue and there was nothing out if the ordinary that I could see

    Unfortunately I don't have a spare card to try out. I tried starting with one stick of RAM and there was no change. I tried doing another clean boot and no changes there. I also skimmed through device manager for any drivers that may have been marked but I didn't see anything there either...
