    I accidentally installed Win 10... I wanted to install it on the second half of my split partitioned SSD but once I clicked on install,it just went all the way without asking where I want to install it.That means this problem is over,I wont re-install Win 7 again.I am thankful for your help...

    I installed Win 7 and now I can run the monitor at 75 Hz unlike the Win 10 that was limited to 60 Hz,I have no idea why its like that.This tells me that VGA adapter isnt limited to 60 Hz,I think I might be able to somehow reach 85 Hz but I dont know why,to be honest I decided to not investigate...

    Yes,I finaly fixed it with help of Evan Omo,for some reason new motherboards like X370 Taichi + Win 7 = USB driver problems.

    Generic driver? I dont even know what I am supposed to imagine.Is there like some generic CRT driver that would work in Win 10 on Pascal series Quadro card? Nvidia drivers allow to increase frequency,but when I tried it I had only 60 Hz as option,becose I believe the VGA adapter is fixed 60 Hz.
