    Oh, that's odd. I did come in to say...sod's law, it is suddenly behaving itself again for no particular reason that I'm aware of. I also added that I would refer back to your advice if it happens again. No idea why it didn't appear. In any event, thanks for your attention.

    To speak, basically, recite more accurately and show my voice to best advantage. USB, I would think. Headset, preferably, but not essential. No boom. Not too much, don't have a figure in mind; as little as possible to do the job, obvious though that may be. Thanks for your interest.

    I hope I'm in the right place to ask what is the best reasonably priced microphone for use on a desktop or laptop; when I say the best, to show my voice to best advantage.     Hello, I've just had to do a factory reset. All appears well, except that after installing AA it doesn't appear, so to speak, and when I try to turn it on in Security nothing happens. Advice would be appreciated.

    I've discovered that it's possible to disable the block on a single page so that could zoom in or out on that page, leaving the others blocked. So all working quite well now. Thanks for all help.

    Well, I managed to complete the reset without any difficulty, but it's still - if this is the word - pinching. I found something called Chrome Zoom Block, which does work, of course, but obviously also prevents zooming when it's actually required. Will see how I get on with it, though, while...

    Sorry for the absence, think I might pluck up the courage to try a reset, although I appreciate return/refund is probably best idea. Pinching, if that's what it's called (is it?) is driving me bananas at the moment.

    I do have all files and so on backed-up, was just bemoaning re-installation of programmes and so on. Still, all fair comment.

    Not much to report, really. Lenovo told me to do a static discharge (no change) and to install drivers. They provided a link which took me as far as finding one update, but didn't work. Clicked update/install, nothing happened. As a last resort they told me to do a factory reset. I haven't tried...

    Am not doing any different on this touchpad to those on previous laptops/notebooks, has never happened before. Touchpad sensitivity at lowest. Have finally had some suggestions from Lenovo, will try those and see if any effect. Greetings at Easter!
