    so I tried to get the screenshots but the SSD will only show up in the BIOS but not on windows. also, the SSD apparently only show up on the BIOS after a boot up and not a restart for some reason.

    HI, so i tried your advice and the SATA cable and the SATA port, both of the SSD and HDD, are fine. i believe this the issue is on the SSD but i am not sure. do you have another advice on the issue?, thanks
