    I set the ODD in BIOS while using a DVD RW with win8.1 but nothing happened. Then I created a bootable USB, and selected USB in the BIOS, still nothing happened. The PC just opens normally... I don't know what to do...

    I tried by creating a bootable USB drive and then going to the BIOS and selecting USB, then saving and still nothing happens. My PC starts normally... What to do? It's important to do the format.

    I want to format my PC. I insert the win8.1 installation disc, then I restart and enter the BIOS but there is no option for CD ROM. The options it does have are: HDD/SDD, USB, ODD and LAN. How to make CD ROM appear so I can do the format?
