    Nope, never mind, it resumed the issue I was on pc bottleneck caclulator and it had a video ad in the corner and my screens both blacked out again.

    Thank you for following up. Computer worked fine without a gpu. I appreciate all the help you provided. I decided to return the card and do a full system update. I just got a rx 5700 and it is working great.
