    If I may, what exactly do you mean by that, I don't know what settings under accessibility would change something to turn microphones off. Also, the microphone is recognized in the programs he uses like discord, it just does not work for whatever reason.

    There is a mute button on the headset, that was the first thing I tried when he told me about the problem lol It is weird because it is doing this with all of his headsets and one that I gave him. I gave him a HyperX Cloud Alpha headset (not Logitech branded) and the issue still arose.
