    New pc, windows freeze on logo (Please help)

    I recently built my PC and after I finished putting it together, my screen gets stuck on the windows dots logo, I haven’t gotten into it yet to download windows or anything like that. It just freezes at the dots, any help please?

    I also want to add, the lights and fans in my pc turn on then turn off and on again, it only does this on start up and afterwards doesn’t happen again, also my case fans don’t turn on.

    I tried using DVI-D because my video card doesn’t have a VGA port, and I don’t get any beeps at start up

    All the fans and LED’s do come on and yea I tried one RAM stick at a time, I can’t get into BIOS, but no I haven’t tried the VGA will that help?

    I’ll try that and get back to you but no it doesn’t have a speaker and the rig should be working all the lights and fans turn on

    I recently built a PC and the monitor says no signal when I plug in my HDMI cable, I tried switching the ram slots, video card slot and completely rebuilt my pc and still nothing, I tried using a different monitor to see if it was possibly my monitor but it still didn’t work on the new monitor...
