    I think the issues are caused by "Sonic Studio Virtual Mixer" that's on the motherboard ROG Maximum XII Formula.

    Fixed this issue by running Fortect. The issue that remains is Windows not remembering me changing the time, calendar & language setup. Additionally, it doesn't remember the monitors and the app arrangment. Could this be an issue related to that? "CMOS battery"?
