    I installed Windows 10 without being connected to any network and as soon as the screen allowed me I opened task manager and CPU was at 100 %.

    I ran a program to check hardware usage, and the CPU usage from OCC program is not close to what is showing in Windows task manager. I did forget to mention that when the PC crashes I do get a message ( Stop code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED ) on the blue screen for a few seconds
