    The Bitsum Highest Performance was a cpu enhancer software that i found off a tech video on youtube in hopes of fixing my cpu usage levels. And to answer Bastet’s question, I wiped my PC so I can’t check but I will look later when i install my new cpu!

    Hey guys, I ended up resseting my PC and windows to factory settings and wiping it clean (at least it looks that way). My i9 came in today so I will be swapping my i5 for the new i9. I will let you guys know if i’m still having issues after changing the CPU and reinstalling my games and apps.
